Data processing

Last updated June 11, 2026 · Version 1 · Questions? contact us.

This page is the data-processing hub for [fix]net: who the controller is, the roles involved, which subprocessors we use, and where data is processed. It complements the Privacy Policy, which describes in plain terms what we collect and the rights you have.

Controller

[fix]net is operated by ePress Norden AB, a Swedish limited company (aktiebolag), organisation number ⟨ORG-NR⟩, registered office ⟨ADDRESS⟩. For account and network-service data, ePress is the data controller, governed by Swedish and EU data-protection law. Privacy contact: privacy@fixa.sh, or the contact page.

Roles

  • For your account, billing, and Store data, ePress is the controller and the subprocessors below act on our instructions.
  • For graph content you choose to sync or share, you are the controller of any personal data inside it; ePress processes it only to relay it between your devices and the people you share with — and our relay holds it in memory rather than storing it.
  • For the payment itself, Paddle is an independent controller as our Merchant of Record, under its own privacy terms.

Subprocessors

We engage the providers listed on the Subprocessor list — Supabase, Fly.io, Cloudflare, Paddle, an email provider, and (conditionally) AI inference providers. We accept each provider's standard data-processing agreement and update that page before a new subprocessor begins processing personal data.

Regions and transfers

We prefer EU regions for the data we control; our relay and account services run in the EU. Where personal data is processed outside the EEA — some Store infrastructure and our content-delivery and object-storage providers — we rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses and appropriate safeguards. Each provider's region is stated on the Subprocessor list.

Your rights and contact

How to access, export, or delete your data, and how to complain to the Swedish authority (IMY), is set out in the Privacy Policy. For any data-processing question, contact privacy@fixa.sh.
