[fix]net purchases are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Paddle is shown as the seller on your receipt and is your contractual counterparty for the payment. This page explains our own policies on top of Paddle's baseline; nothing here limits the statutory rights you have as a consumer under applicable law.
Paddle processes EU/EEA statutory withdrawal rights at checkout level. If you are entitled to a 14-day right of withdrawal under EU or EEA consumer law, you can exercise it through Paddle when you buy. See your receipt or Paddle's legal terms for details.
Cancel anytime — your paid period runs to its end. You can cancel your Plus subscription at any time from your account settings or through Paddle's billing portal (linked from your receipt). Cancellation stops the next renewal immediately; your plan remains active for the full period you already paid for and is not shortened or clawed back. No partial-period refunds are issued once a billing period has begun.
Paid packs are one-time perpetual purchases: you pay once and keep the right to install and use the versions that existed while the pack was published.
Refund window. You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase, provided the pack has not been substantially consumed.
"Substantially consumed" means you have installed the pack and actively used it beyond simply opening it — for example, you have run a graph with it, used its tools, or built work on top of it. A pack bought by mistake, installed but never opened, or opened once and found to do something different than you expected is not substantially consumed, and we will honour a refund. A pack you have been using in anger for a week is.
When a refund is issued, your entitlement to install the pack is removed. Pack versions you have already downloaded remain on your machine until you choose to uninstall them, but re-installation after the entitlement is revoked will not be permitted.
1. Use the Paddle receipt link first. Your purchase confirmation email contains a link to manage your order through Paddle. For straightforward requests this is the fastest path — Paddle can action a refund directly. 2. Contact us if needed. If the Paddle portal does not resolve your request, email us at support@fixa.sh with your order number (from the receipt) and a brief description of the situation. We will respond within 5 business days.
We will not ask you to justify a refund request for a pack you have not substantially consumed.
Nothing in this policy limits or excludes your statutory consumer rights, including any right of withdrawal, right to a remedy for goods that are not as described, or other rights that applicable law does not permit us to exclude.
