Terms of Service

Last updated June 11, 2026 · Version 1 · Questions? contact us.

These terms are a binding agreement between you and ePress Norden AB ("ePress", "we"), the Swedish company behind [fix]net. They govern your Fixnet account and the network services we run for you. By creating an account or using those services, you agree to them. We have written them to be read; they are still a contract.

Who we are

[fix]net is operated by ePress Norden AB, a limited company (aktiebolag) registered in Sweden, organisation number ⟨ORG-NR⟩, with its registered office at ⟨ADDRESS⟩. These terms are governed by Swedish law. Nothing in them limits the rights you have as a consumer under mandatory Swedish or EU law — where a clause here conflicts with those rights, those rights prevail.

What these terms cover

These terms cover the parts of [fix]net that run on our servers: your account, sync across your devices, sharing and publishing your graphs, the Store, Fixnet Remote runs you delegate to your own devices, and managed AI credits if you use them.

  • The local app is not governed by these terms. The [fix]net desktop and web app run on your own machine without an account, and your licence to use them is the EULA, not this document. You can use the full local app, export everything you make, and run your own plugins, MCP servers and AI keys without ever agreeing to these terms.

Your account

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure.

  • One person per account. An account is for a single individual, and you must be old enough to enter a binding contract where you live.
  • Accurate details. Give us correct account and billing information and keep it current.
  • Ending the account. You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or the law, with notice where it is practical to give it.
  • What survives termination. Closing your account ends the network services, but not your local app: everything the EULA protects keeps working on your machine, and you can still export your data. Content we hold for you — synced graphs and shared streams — is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

Use the network services lawfully and without harming other people or the platform. The full rules — no malware, no infringement of others' rights, no harassment or illegal content, and what happens when they are broken — are set out in the Acceptable Use Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Purchases and the Store

Paid plans and Store purchases are sold through Paddle, which is the merchant of record shown on your receipt and your counterparty for the payment itself. Your refund rights are set out in the Refund Policy.

The Store sells packs under a publisher model. This means:

  • Packs are created by independent authors and distributed by ePress Norden AB under licence; the author is identified on the pack page.
  • Pack content is moderated and scanned, but it is authored by third parties, not by ePress.
  • A version you have purchased remains yours to keep — installable and re-downloadable in the versions that existed while it was published — as set out in the Fair-change Policy. Only a legal or malware takedown can withdraw a version you have already bought.

Changes to these terms

We version these terms and record every change in a public changelog. A material change — anything that alters what you are promised or what you agree to — takes effect only after 30 days' notice to paying users. Changes never apply retroactively: nothing you have already paid for is reduced, and an already-paid subscription period is never shortened. This mirrors our Fair-change Policy.

Liability

The network services are provided as they are. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ePress is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability is limited so far as the law allows. None of this excludes or limits anything that Swedish or EU consumer law does not permit us to exclude or limit — including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, liability for fraud, or your mandatory consumer rights.
